Dr. Marcello Maviglia, MD, MPH
Dr. Maviglia is board certified in both Addiction Psychiatry and in Addiction Medicine (ABAM). He is currently the Medical Director for Courageous Transformations and a clinical professor with the Department of Family and Community Medicine and with the College Of Population Health, (UNM, Albuquerque, NM). His main areas of interest are: Implementation of the Recovery Model, coordination and integration of care, development of initiatives focusing on psychiatric drug withdrawal, and social determinants of health in behavioral health.
